Family Therapy

Families go through different stages and challenges: behavioral concerns in children or
adolescents, parent-child conflicts, substance use, mental health concerns, or major life
transitions such as divorce, migration, or financial changes.
These experiences can create tension and disconnection.
Family therapy creates a space where each member can feel heard and understood. Together, we
identify dynamics that are no longer working and develop strategies to strengthen respect,
empathy, and collaboration.
The goal is to promote a healthier, more stable, and supportive environment for the entire family.
